Coloring sheet downloads and thoughts for this time at home.
Hey Everyone! I know this is a scary time for us all and with that can bring restlessness and anxiety, especially if you have little ones. Recently, I was scrolling through Instagram and came upon this amazing project where several professional illustrators are offering downloads of there own work that you can print out as coloring sheets! This is for adults and children. I've already started on a couple myself! It's a fun way to pass the time, help with the stress and make fun memories with the kiddos! I've attached the link to the project at the bottom.
Even though this is a crazy time we are living in right now with so many things uncertain and our schedules completely thrown off, I urge you to look for the blessings in everyday life. I recently heard this phrase that said while we are waiting for things to get back to normal, lets evaluate what we don't want to go back to normal. Are there habits or patterns that you've been able to see or have time to think about that maybe aren't in line with the life you want for yourself or your family? Whether it's eating out more than you would like or being so busy with "life" that you don't know how to just enjoy being home with each other. This time we have right now is a blessing in disguise, if we choose to view it that way. When will there ever be another mandatory pause button in life like this - where you have the time to look around, and see if you are heading in the direction you want to be. If not, what can you change to get there? Whether it be putting a new beneficial habit in place or making a plan of how to get to the next step in your personal or professional life. I urge you not to just go day by day through this, using whatever entertainment available to numb yourself till it's over and things go back to "normal". Look around and look inward to see what may need some work. You have the time. Use it wisely.
Here is the promised Coloring page link!
I wish you all a peaceful and amazing day!
